You can’t find happiness

What am I looking for in my travels? Nothing. Sometimes people think others are travelling looking for something. A great place or special feelings. I’m sorry to contradict you, but I’m not looking for anything.

Travelling is not synonymous with pursuing. For me, travelling is like a creation. I travel to create, not to search for something. Creating what, you wonder? Happiness. Yes, because happiness doesn’t exist in any particular place. You can’t find happiness. If you are looking for it, you won’t ever find it. Often we, stubbornly, pretend to find it somehow. We just have to understand that we create happiness and give it its shape. We are the composers.

I like to think that happiness is like a painting. I am the painter, the world is the canvas, and my travels are the colours.
